Content Strategy
The Tailored Travel website is built around a single purpose: helping group organisers find and book a tour. Every page on the site connects back to that goal in some way.
This section explains how content is structured, what the different page types are, and how visitors move through the site.
What is covered here
Section titled “What is covered here”Content Model — the types of page that exist on the site, what information each one contains, and how they relate to each other.
Information Architecture — how those page types are arranged: where they sit in the site structure and how they nest under each other.
User Journeys — how different visitors use the site. Covers the group organiser browsing tours, the tailored tour client reading their private itinerary, and the returning visitor.
Two types of tour
Section titled “Two types of tour”Everything on the site falls into one of two categories: Group Tours or Tailored Tours. If you are not already clear on the difference between them, read the Introduction first. That distinction shapes every page type and every content decision on the site.
