Tailored Tours
Tailored Tours are private, bespoke itineraries built for a specific group. They are not listed publicly on the site. Only the group the tour was built for can access the page.
The TTM number
Section titled “The TTM number”Every tour has a TTM number. It is printed on the front of the group’s PDF itinerary. It looks like TTM5095.
The TTM number is the key that ties everything together.

How access works
Section titled “How access works”Each tailored tour page is protected. To view it, visitors enter their Online Tour Reference — the login code printed on their PDF. There is no password. The reference number is all they need.
When a group member visits the page URL and enters their tour reference, they are taken directly to their itinerary.
Getting back and logging out
Section titled “Getting back and logging out”- The gold View your tour button in the header is always there. A logged-in member can click it from any page to get back to their tour.
- Each tour page has a Log out button on it. When a member logs out, they are returned to the login screen. Because only logged-in people can see a tour page, the Log out button only ever appears to someone who can use it.
“Your Tour” is not in the top menu — it is a service for people who have already booked, not something to advertise to visitors still choosing a tour.

The URL is not publicly listed anywhere. It appears on the group’s PDF so they know where to go.
The Tailored Tours section
Section titled “The Tailored Tours section”There is a Tailored Tours section in the content tree that acts as the parent folder for all tailored tour pages. This section itself is not publicly accessible — it is just a container.
