Step 5: Attach the Brochure PDF
UpDoc uploads the PDF to the media library during import, but it does not attach it to the tour page automatically. You need to do this manually.
Where to find the setting
Section titled “Where to find the setting”Open the tour page in the backoffice and go to the Page Properties tab. Look for Brochure PDF.
How to attach it
Section titled “How to attach it”- Click the Add button next to Brochure PDF.
- The media picker opens. Navigate to PDF > Tailored Tours.
- Find the PDF you uploaded during import — it will be named with the TTM number.
- Select it and confirm.
- Save the page.
Once attached, the PDF will be available to download from the tour page.
