Oberammergau Booking Form

The Oberammergau Booking Form is how customers book an Oberammergau tour online.

It appears on each Oberammergau tour page.

It collects the booking details, then takes a deposit by card through Stripe.

What the customer does

1. Chooses the tour.
2. Chooses a preferred departure date, and optionally an alternative.
3. Says how many people are travelling.
4. Fills in their details: name, date of birth, rooming, preferred airport, address, phone and email.
5. Accepts the booking terms and conditions.
6. Submits the form and pays the deposit on Stripe’s secure payment page.

Where the information comes from

Some of what the form shows is set on the tour page, not on the form:

• the departure dates the customer can choose from
• the deposit amount per person

Change those on the tour page and the form follows.

This form does more than most

Much of this form’s behaviour is built in code: the date questions, the deposit and the Stripe payment.

You can safely change wording in the backoffice. Before changing anything else, check the page for that part of the form, or ask the developer.
