How to name things consistently across the site.

Sights vs Features vs More Sights

• Features — What the tour includes (hotel, transport, meals, guides)
• Sights — The places visited on the itinerary
• More Sights — Additional suggestions that could be added when tailoring the tour

Writing a Tailor your Sights item

Every item follows the same pattern:

1. The name of the place, in bold.
2. A space, a short dash (-), and a space.
3. A short description, with no full stop at the end.

Keep one place per item. If the list names the same place twice, merge the two into one item.

The end of a Tailor your Features list

Every Tailor your Features list ends the same way:

• Visit more (or fewer) sights*

* See Tailor your Sights for suggestions

• Keep “Visit more (or fewer) sights” last. If you add a new item to the list, add it above this one.
• Use “sights”, not “excursions”. One word for one thing.
• The note goes under the list, not in it. Only “Tailor your Sights” is a link, down to that section on the same page.
